If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are very sorry, but we are here to help!

CHANGE
The customer has 5 calendar days from delivery to request a change in the product.
For the exchange to be valid, the item must not be used and must be in the same condition in which it was received.

The item must have a factory error.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

SIZE CHANGE
VIDANO provides a table with the specific measurements for each size in each product to show which is the ideal size compared to a garment that you already have. It is the customer's responsibility to measure and know their ideal size before making the purchase. Due to this, there is a maximum of 1 free size change. If more is required, the customer covers the shipping costs in the amount of $ 210 Mexican pesos. This amount is non-refundable.

Once the item has been returned, the team in charge will thoroughly inspect the product. We will notify you immediately when the product is approved for an exchange.
If the item is approved, we will immediately start production for the size change.

RETURNS

If you need a refund, it is necessary to contact us by WhatsApp at 5580412919 within the first 5 calendar days after receiving the order.

The corresponding guide for the return will be generated, once the team in charge inspects the items, a full refund of the order will be made.
